Data Security is a topic of much frustration in corporations around the world. Every company is defined by its data and how secure the data are.

If all of your data is kept in an Enterprise Server Application (such as PeopleSoft) then you don't have a problem - usually. The software and servers work together to provide security which is generally very good.
However, if your company is like most, then you use a version of Microsoft Access to store databases throughout your organization. Typically, most companies do not secure MS Access databases properly because User Level Security (ULS) isn't well understood and can be difficult to manage, especially if you have many databases running across your network, and many users.
